Log into your Korg UK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the instrument or accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and power supplies to ensure a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid DPD shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronic components, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
